Underground Modules

GENERAL

TEYCO COMPACT series minimiza the necessary underground space and environment incidenced.
Due at network reducing and metering stations inside urban areas.
Also, it must manage the low cost in civil works.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Container made in:
    • Carbon steel or concrete (carbon steel bodies dudes cathodic protection).
    • Closure borders is normalized UPN100.
    • Inviolable and non-skid systems.
    • Reduced dimension.
    • Easy to open.
    • Normalized lock.
    • Without environment incidence.
    • Patented design

MATERIALS

  • TEYCO filters.
  • TEYCO Quick open closures (with security).
  • Differential gauge P.F.
  • Main plus monitor regulators with security shut off valve embodied.
  • High pressure ball valves.
  • Medium pressure butterfly valves.
  • Isolating joints if are specified.

ESPECIFICATIONS

Incorporates inlet and outlet ventilations with gratings.
Includes: Drains, vents, electrical connections, etc.
Civil work are not needed, just to put the module above a sand terrain in a hole a little bigger than module for pipes connection.

MAINTENANCE

Very easy access to all components independently.
As it has a removable closure all equipment remain accessible 100%.

INSTALLATION OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL VENTILATION TOWERS FOR ERMs

These towers are suitable to minimise the number of conduits underground ERMs require, including VES, for atmospheric tests, line vent samples, cathode protection monitoring points, etc.
They especially serve to reduce the visual impact current installations have, with their out-of-date image leading to a false sense of being dangerous.
The set of conduits can be integrated into just one.
The tower is much more aesthetic and blends in as a functional piece of urban furniture while maintaining the functionality of the current conduits.
3-inch stainless-steel conduit.
The tower and its finish are manufactured completely in compliance with current norms.
It is 2.5 m high and can include the company’s logo (if needed) attached by means of adhesive lettering.
The base can be manufactured to include any number of valves required. It also enables independent and periodic atmospheric tests and the incorporation of one or several VES.
