OPTION A: Station CRT1200G

This concept is designed for MR stations (medium and high consumptions) with hazardous areas. These stations can be placed in places where there isn’t electrical energy,  it  makes  necessary  to  use alternatives energies to supply the system.

Hazardous area:

  • Converter Uniflo1200: The converter has two pressure transmitters and two temperature transmitters. The memory map and the transmission protocol are  compatible with Gas Natural system.
  • Limit switch Eexd: These switches activate the alarms inside the MR station until the converter.

Safe area:

  • Isolator Barrier: It  isolates the hazardous area of the secure area, of this way an accident in the secure area never influence in the hazardous area.
  • Modem: The modem makes all the management of communication and contains the application that allows consulting all the data from the converter.
  • Box: Can be mounted in a stand or wall (always in secure area).

OPTION B: Station CRT1200SBG

The difference between this system and the system CRT1200G is that the model CRT1200SBG has a radio module that allows the transmission between  the  hazardous  and  secure  areas  without  necessity  of  to  put isolator barriers and cables.

Hazardous area:

  • Converter Uniflo1200: The converter has two pressure transmitters and two  temperature  transmitters. The memory map and the transmission protocol are  compatible with Gas Natural system.
  • Limit switch Eexd: These switches activate the alarms inside the MR station until the converter.
  • Emitter zigbee: To communicate with the secure area.

Safe area:

  • Modem: The modem makes all the management of communication and contains the  application that  allows consulting all the data from the converter.
  • Box: Can be mounted in a stand or wall(always in secure area).
  • Receiver zigbee:To receive all the data from the hazardous area.

OPTION C: Station CRT1000SG

The CRT1200G is designed for MR Stations with small consumptions as can be small industries, restaurants… Normally these kind of installations are placed in secure area.

Safe Area:

  • Converter Uniflo1000: It reads and stores of  the consumption data of the pipe.
  • Converter Uniwire/RS-232: The converter use Uniwire protocol and the modem  RS-232.  This module  makes  possible  this communication.
  • Modem: The modem makes all  the  management  of communication  and  contains  the  application  that  allows consulting all the data from the converter.
  • Box: Can be mounted in a stand or wall (always in secure area).

OPTION D: Station CTR1000G

Is exactly the same that the previous system with the diference that is is designed  for  be  placed in hazardous area. For this reason includes isolator barriers.

SUPPLY SYSTEMS

In a lot of MR stations is really difficult to have an electrical installation to supply the electronics systems. For this reason all our systems are ready to be supplied with a photovoltaic energy system.
In case that the MR station has electrical installation is possible to use a power supply.

Photovoltaic energy system:

  • Solar  panel: This panel has the necessary power to supply all the system.
  • Battery: the batteries guarantee that during the night or cloudy days, the system is supplied.
  • Regulator: This unit controls the charge and discharge of the batteries. Also protect front possible surges.

Power supply:
